Warren has practiced law with his firm, D. Warren Auld, P.C., Attorney at Law from 1987 to the present. The firm’s office is located in Gwinnett County in Snellville, Georgia.
For three decades Warren has engaged in a general practice encompassing domestic, criminal, business representation and civil litigation. He has accepted appointments and served as a Guardian ad Litem in Juvenile and Superior Court. He has served as Special Master for the Georgia Supreme Court and has been voted the "Best Lawyer to Get you Out of Trouble" in Gwinnett County.

Activities & Affiliations
Warren’s commitment to his community does not end with politics. In addition to spending time with his wife of 35 years and raising his children, Warren is active in his church and has dedicated his time to High School Mock Trial program at South Gwinnett High School and Brookwood High School where he volunteered as a coach and where in 1995 he helped coach the team to first place in the National High School Mock Trial Competition in Denver Colorado.
Warren sat as a City Council Member for the Snellville, Georgia City Council over a period of two terms, having been first elected in 2004. Warren chose to serve because he wanted to give back to the City that has helped him achieve success in his business and practice. The experience of dealing with City, County and State government has also given Warren a unique perspective on the needs of business and solutions available for the problems businesses face.
Warren serves on the Board of Directors for Evermore Community Improvement District a quasi-governmental association of property owners along U.S. 78 in Gwinnett County that through self taxation and development of state and federal resources works to improve the business and community in the Highway 78 business corridor.
Warren serves on the Board of Directors of Run The Regan, Inc., an annual community event that hosts a race on the Ronald Reagan Parkway. Each year for more than twenty years this race has raised money to return to charitable work in the community including the Gwinnett Community Clinic, The Lilburn Co-op and the Southeast Gwinnett Cooperative ministry as well as donations to the schools in the area.

Warren is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, the Family Law Section, State Bar of Georgia and the Business Law Section, State Bar of Georgia. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, The Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit .
